SHIPPING POLICY
At Budda Bundles, we pride ourselves on getting OUR luxury hair to you as fast as possible so you can achieve your flawless look without the wait.
• Processing Time: All orders require a standard processing time of 1-2 business days before they are shipped. Fraudulent-flagged orders will require additional verification, which may delay processing.
• Worldwide Express Shipping: We offer standard 3-4 day Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders after the processing period. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Same-Day Delivery (Local): We offer exclusive Same-Day Delivery for our local Budda Babes in the Philadelphia, Delaware, and New Jersey areas! Same-day delivery orders must be placed BEFORE noon eastern time. ALL delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: Budda Bundles is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To maintain the strict health, safety, and hygiene standards of our company and to protect our customers, Budda Bundles enforces a strict All Sales Are Final policy.
• No Exchanges or Refunds: Due to the nature of our products (virgin/raw hair extensions, frontals, closures, and HD wigs), we do not offer refunds, and absolutely NO EXCHANGES are available.
• Company & Customer Safety: Hair extensions are considered hygienic products. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used or handled to prevent the spread of infections and preserve the premium quality of our inventory.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: In the RARE event that you receive a defective item or the wrong order on our behalf, you must contact us within 24 hours of your delivery date. The hair must remain in its original, untampered, unworn state with all tags and original packaging attached. If approved, we will correct the issue immediately. Any hair that has been washed, cut, colored, installed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for review.
